One is if it does not come clean the first time you will come back and clean it until satisfaction is met and the other specialty is of all the carpet runners that we have you clean for free for us which is a very big plus in our book

You were very flexible in providing us with your cleaning service during our done time or while the hospital kitchen was closed. You were able to complete or stop cleaning by the time the kitchen was opened in the A.M.

You tackled a very difficult job or cleaning years of dirt and grease and were very successful with the tasks providing excellent results.

The workers arrived promptly as promised. They immediatley reviewed what work was to be done and asked if we had any questions. Once there work was completed they reviewed what had been done and left instructions for us to follow. The workers were very efficient and courteous. We would defintely recommend ServiceMaster.

Isabela does a great job of letting me know when I am running low on cleaning supplies as well as letting me know if siomething is not working properly. She noticed a water stain on the ceiling after a storm that we would not have noticed. She does a great job!!
