We had a wonderful experience. The customer service leading up to the service was prompt, professional, clear and helpful. The two "luggers" arrived early, were courteous, down to business, and did an incredible job clearing an NYC outdoor space that I thought was beyond repair. They communicated well on the progress and outlook for timing, worked extremely hard, and were very careful as they moved through our apartment. We'd absolutely use this service again.

The guys were early and extremely friendly. On arrival they immediately called to request a second truck to complete the job since their truck was nearly full. I also recrived a fair quote.

When I called the company the person I spoke to was very pleasant and explained the starting cost of removal.. and they came out that same day, a little pricey for 3 items to pick up, that took about 20 minutes tops
