The movers were amazingly nice. My neighbor was picking up a bookshelf that I was giving her and they carried it out to the car for her! I was worried the couch wouldn’t for out the door and they handled it no problem. It was super fast altogether. More broadly, I like how the organization tries to donate the stuff. Big A+ and would recommend to anyone!

The response to our intitial telephone request was very fast. Mike cam over to the apartment to provide an estimate that very afternoon and also an additional estimate for a nearby storage unit that we had forgotten to bring up on our first call.
The quotation process and COI process moved very quickly and there were precise e-mail communications about these issues.
We needed to get the clean-out done by Monday or Tuesday, given that the building elevator overhaul of 6 to 6+ weeks was due to start May 8 and my co-guardian was leaving on May 3 for a vacation.
The trucks showed up on Monday morning and a crew of 5 men emptied the apartment and left it broom clean for surrender to the landlord in 3 hours. Another truck picked up 46 'small' Home Depot cartons from a nearby storage unit and made quick work of that.
The team attacked the job with speed, intensity and thoroughness. I was amazed to see how this was done, given that I had never used such a service!
The apartment was surrendered to the landlord 90 minutes later with no hitches.
The service was fast, friendly and finished in no time.
