Everything! The two guys that came were very professional and polite. They gave me an estimate, to which I agreed, then went straight to work. They finished quickly and left my shed and basement very neat. Positives: it was quick and they did a good job at picking up everything. They didn’t take anything we told them not to take. That’s good.
Negatives:
1 they had trouble finding our address. Went to 122nd Ave instead of 122nd DR as I instructed Ted them to do over phone. Had to take 15 min off my work day and wait for them at top of driveway, flagging them down.
2. They quoted us one price and then charges us double. The issue is that the quote was made between the workers and my wife where Inlaid the bill. I didn’t know what the actual quote was and trusted that they were charging me the right amount. They now have double what they should have and we are having difficulty even getting a phone call back to finish this up. We are very disappointed in the way this turned out with respect to final chage. My wife also told me that the truck was partially full of someone else’s junk. So now we are responsible ls for
Paying a full track load when part of that haul was not even our junk? That’s crazy. My wife told me after that the agreement was we would pay for one truckload and not pay for the second. That’s about $750. We got billed $1500. That’s not right.
Because of the positives, I am willing to see these negatives through without ou lucky speaking out about the issues. Just work with us to settle the deal.
Excellent communication - before during and after the job. I submitted the request for quote and received a call back within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. Up front pricing - it was very clear the costs by truckload and additional fees for things like mattress disposal.
