The guys were professional and hard working
Despite this not being the cheapest way to let go of our sofa it was all very practical and convenient. I was able to schedule an in-person estimate for the next day. The 2 young man who came were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. It helps to know they will refurbish my old sofa to be reused instead of taking it to the landfill. I would use their service again!
Items I had were were hard to get out. They brainstormed, figured it out, and did it efficiently.
Junkluggers gave me an appointment the very next day after my call ! Rory and David promptly arrived on time. They got right to work taking apart and removing a large shelf unit from my basement….( a unit that I put together a long time ago when I was a lot younger, in a dark basement that always gave me the shivers ! ) They worked well together and took away a bunch of my old, broken or unused ‘stuff’. (Flotsam & jetsam ). And, may I add that they worked under the very hot and very muggy July weather this week. I should’ve done this years ago. I might just gather up more and call you when the weather cools down. Thank you to both of them ! NS.

The people at Junkluggers did a remarkable job removing items from a family member's home. They were helpful & understanding of the situation. Steve & his wonderful crew assessed the removal of items, ( no charge) & arranged a date for removal. I appreciated their texts reminding me of their arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend Junkluggers.

The guys did a great job, they showed up when they said they would, I feel they went above and beyond to help get our junk gone. JR was a pleasure to deal with on the estimate,he explained everything clear and made the process easy.
