The price seems high. And yet the two gentlemen who worked with us were extraordinary! Justin and Donny came and moved a lot of very heavy stuff so quietly that my granddaughter didn’t wake up from her nap. When they arrived I told them that she was sleeping and asked if they could try to be as quiet as possible knowing that it was likely she would wake up. Those two men took extreme care to be unbelievably quiet, especially as they walked by her room with every single item! When I thanked them, they said “you gotta take care of letting the kids get their sleep!” What wonderful hearts they have. My wife and I were so impressed!!

They were available to come out a few days after I called them. They day of the pickup two people showed up to look at the amount of things we wanted removed and to estimate the cost, then the truck showed up. Once we gave them the okay to remove eveything, they worked hard to clear everything and cleaned up the property. There crew was very friendly and happy to assist us. I would definitely use there services when needed.

The team was very responsive! I submitted an online request for pricing (on a Sunday afternoon) to remove some fairly large items... Tanning Bed, Gas Grill, 2 large and heavy Televisions, an outdoor propane heater, etc. They responded within an hour and was immediately scheduled for a team arrival the next day.
When the JunkluggersTeam arrived, (they called before arrival which was much appreciated) they simply asked where the items were located and completed the removal of all items within less than an hour. Very professional team at a very reasonable price and very fast. I had debated doing it myself vs paying for it before I called them. Given the 100 degree Temperatures, and the time saved for not having to load, transport and unload I thought the cost for calling these guys would be pricey. I was definitely surprised at the time saved and the very reasonable cost for removal. Now that I've had the experience, I will definitely seek the use of Junkluggers in the near future.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish…from the office staff answering questions, to Glenn arranging our appointment and explaining the process. Their self drop off was so easy for the smaller stuff, and the guys who came to our home for the larger stuff arrived on time and did a great job removing everything we wanted. They were so nice too. I highly recommend Junkluggers and will definitely be using them again!!

guys were seriously delayed. even though they did not proactively communicate with me (i had to call and they were still another 2 hours,) once I did connect with them they stayed in touch and were easy to navigate with. professional job, would recommend.
but them calling me before i called them would have reduced my need to try and arrange my day around the later pick up.
But very happy overall.
