It was easy to schedule an appointment. They were friendly and polite on the phone. They explained everything when I spoke with them. The movers that showed up were friendly and polite and I couldn't believe how fast they were. The staircase to my building are narrow so thought it would be a struggle but they had no problem and didn't damage the wall taking it down. I will definitely hire them if I need anything else removed.
