Joanne is a take charge realtor and I mean that in an extremely positive way. She is professional. She somehow keeps on top of everything - all dates, follow-ups, provides recommendations, supplies names and numbers of multiple services in an effort to save you time. She isn’t offended should you decide to use other services. She is with you from start to finish - helping, listening and supporting you the whole way through. My advice is ... if she suggests something strongly - LISTEN as she won’t unless there is a good reason. Honest and trustworthy and down to earth - great lady.
