Christine O'Shaunessy was a pleasure to work with in selling my home. She took beautiful photos and did a nice write up. I needed a lawyer as well, and she recommended an excellent one. Her responsiveness is good given the fact that you have to take into consideration that it's a rural area in the Catskills and cell service is spotty at best. Her knowledge of the area is great and I highly recommend her.

Jan Cidzik not only performed above and beyond all expectations but did so for an extended period of time as it took 3 days short of a year to close on our house. Jan was with us and assisted in any way possible and with a smile to boot. It was great having someone that we really felt was 'in our corner' through our first home buying and given the length it took, it was one of our saving graces for the entire process that she was with us!
Stacy was honest and transparent. She was representing the seller but had also been assisting me on a search separately. I don't imagine that is always the easiest of situations when problems arise, but she navigated it well.

Michael Keefrider proved to be absolutely indispensable for the pre-sale advice and preparations, the advertising and promotion of our property, and the final negotiations necessary for the final sale of our home of 37 years.
