I recently purchased a 5 acre wooded lot In Washington County, NY.
The sales agent was Stacey Rogers.
Stacey went above and beyond the call of duty when we met to view the property. It’s quite hilly and on a pretty warm summer afternoon we started hiking uphill.
Her enthusiasm and enjoyment was inspiring. I admit, I expected to be hiking alone as I did with other agents while exploring other lots in the area.
I’ve always felt that if you enjoy your work it will result in positive results.

Christine is a fine sales associate. when we started listing over 2+years ago, the value of homes at Thornapple Ridge were all different. Each house is different. Not too many vacation homes and homeowners associations. We ventured out and set a starting price.There weren,t too many takers, We adjusted the price downward, a few more inquires ,but no bites. We adjusted the price again with no luck. We eventually took the house off the market for a few months. Then came covid--19.I picked up the phone in early June 2020and said to Chris ,let's give this a try again. Chris obliged yet again. Withinn a week she called me and said that there would be at least 5 showings on one weekend .The Catskills would be a getaway for NYC residents. The rest is history. We closed the sale on Sept.17.

Very, very prompt communication. She knew the ins and outs of everything needed, followed up after the sale, and directed things a realtor normally wouldn't have to due to the lacking nature of the attorneys. I would give an 11/10 if able. Very pleased.

He was consistent, always ready when needed, employed multiple strategies to sell our house, and was well knowledgeable about what it took to sell our house. I.e. what to get rid of in the house, what to fix, what to leave
He also had resources to ensure a smooth sale, for example he knew of people to complete a pre- inspection. We were able to see if our house needed anything without the surprise when the buyer had the inspection. He was thorough with his communication and we always knew what to expect and what was happening. Any time someone mentions looking for a house or selling their house, I immediately share Jim’s name.
