Working with Nancy Klopfer was a pleasant and worry free process. Once I told her what I had in mind, she showed me only houses that fit the bill. This is my 7th house and at times I've worked with people that just don't seem to listen. Nancy and I got along well and communication was easy.
Brenda kept in touch through the whole process and did what she could to spur it along when needed. She was very friendly without being pushy at all.
Susan was awesome! Such a go-getter and really made me feel heard, it felt like she had all of my best interests at heart. Being a first-time home buyer was intimidating at the start, but Susan walked me through step by step and taught me a lot of new things along the way!
