Caroline Beasley’s No Flow class…always different areas if the body addressed with different routines. Never boring. Never too strenuous, but over time, I’ve built strength, balance and flexibility.

The facilities are clean and calm and I would follow Carrie all around town to take one of her classes, especially the Wednesday morning class at 9:30! The only thing I could recommend is to add a sign or lettering on the door to prevent knocking—I’m glad it was locked but somebody knocked on the door at the end of our class during Shavasana.
