Christina is absolutely phenomenal, and one of, if not THE best out there! To begin, Christina is not your typical, run-of-the-mill therapist. She actually takes the time to get to know you personally, namely understanding your health background, physical history, and other facts. She then personalizes your session depending on your specific needs. In short, she identifies and addresses the root causes rather than the symptoms. I've been coming to Christina for quite some time now, and when I first came in, I was in horrendous shape. I had a severe limp and extreme discomfort throughout, to the point where I was waddling instead of walking, and my range of motion for most lower-half joints was only about 20-25% of normal. Sometimes, just bending over to tie my shoes felt like my bones and joints were being squeezed in a vice, that's how bad it was. Of course, dysplasia and highly advanced degenerative joint disease don't help my cause either. However, Christina, with her expert knowledge and abilities, managed to bring me back to normal, despite my physical conditions and just when I had run out of hope of ever being able to walk normally again. Simply amazing! 10/10
