The food is great, delivery is always quick and when I pick up it's always ready when they say it will be. They have also have never mixed up my order or forgotten anything.
I used to live closer to a toppers and they were always my favourite pizza place. After moving I was disappointed that there wasn’t one closer. After ordering from Stittsville location that recently opened I can say it’s just like I remember. I’m very happy that they’ve introduced lactose free cheese. Makes it much easier me for me to enjoy the pizza. They followed all instructions on the order exactly and it was delivered promptly. I would absolutely order again.

We loved that you could accommodate our dairy free needs and incorporate that into our regular order for everyone else. We have never experienced such a tailored option on your order page. It was very easy to follow. However the thing we did notice is it was unfortunately much more expensive than other places we have ordered from. That might be the only culprit in keeping us coming back as often. Even with specials, it was $10-15 more expensive for our order (and ordering less) compared to Pizza Pizza or Dominos with specials they always offer. You have delicious pizza, but the specials need to be more competitive in price.
