Toppers is always a great place to grab lunch. We have ordered pizza for many years from the Belleville location and it has always been a positive experience.

One issue that I continue to have is the payment method when ordering over the phone. I supervise 2 different work locations within the Belleville area. If I order by phone and send pizza to the location that I am not physically at, I must drive to the store and pay, because I can not pay over the phone. This is frustrating and sometimes I order food from another business because of it.
