The pizza is great, my only complaint is that I had ordered for a timed pickup and when I arrived it wasn’t completed. I was told 5 minutes and it was closer to 20. There was only one guy on staff that evening so I know he was trying his best but might be better to communicate that at ordering

i get the same pizza about once a week. its usually pretty good. sometimes not cut, sometimes made too early and so when i get home, it’s almost cold. i noticed at pick up the pizzas have been being stored in the carry bags for the delivery people which helps keep the pizza warm so that was appreciated. this time my pizza was burnt though. still edible, but burnt.
