Therapist Stephanie asked about type and pressure of massage and was adaptable to my request based on an recently injured shoulder. Appointment was easy to make by phone and there was no “downtime” waisted at start of session as other facilities sometimes do. A one hour massage was darn close to one full hour. Well done!
