Everything was explained to me, the wellness plan and the month to month plan. I was offered water as I was filling out the form. My massage therapist, Rawanda was professional and informative. I was even given exercises as I was leaving.

The ambience is very nice and I’ve yet to have a bad massage from any of the therapists. Receptionists are very accommodating and pleasant. My only complaint is the turnover. Seems as soon as I become comfortable with someone they leave. May be the nature of going to a franchise versus someone working for themselves but that’s my only complaint.

The front desk ladies are fabulous!
I like the atmosphere. However, my evaluation would have been a 10 if your wellness program would have included hot rocks and aromatherapy as included and not ad ons. My previous spa, Visa Bello in Middlebury Ct. included those as options if desired without extra charge. I understand that all spas are different but aromatherapy $10.00 more? Aromatherapy costs nothing and should not be an ad on.

My massage therapist, Burnetta, not only gave me an amazing massage but she helped inform me about how to avoid becoming so tight in the future. She also taught me about different stretches and movements I can do for injury prevention, which as an athlete, I greatly appreciate. Overall I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back.

Convenient location and hours. The staff is excellent from the masseuses to the front desk. The rooms are very nice and I especially love the heated beds and aromatherapy.
Sam is a great masssge therapist. He can really dig out the knots or dial it down for a soothing salt stone massage
