Even though I had an RMT, I still felt like it was relaxing...my RMT used a cloth over my eyes to block light (even though he lowered the lights in the room), he didn't talk during the massage, and the overall feel was that of a Day Spa. Very nice!

Excellent deep tissue massage from Ashley. I like the environment. Clean, tasteful, artfully decorated with appealing brick walls in common areas. Not overly reliant on “spa” stereotypes (no trickling water or loud New Age music) which I appreciated. I felt like the massage was serious business, straight to the point. The monthly membership with discounted massages is a great way to encourage clients to return. I highly recommend Elements.
