I liked that I received text messages with photos of my dogs - puts my mind at ease that they are having a good time. When dropping off and picking up the pups are happy and not frightened. The report card is a nice touch as well.

Well everyone that was involved in the care of our girls were very nice. The facility is very clean ,we didn't get the VIP suite only because we booked to late. I would recommend to any of our dog lover friends. They also got baths and their toes done which they loved, how do I know....They told me ! :)
Everything was excellent. Loved that we could pick Sweetee up 24/7.

The Resort was much cleaner than the other places I visited. Another benefit is that they are open for drop-off and pick-up at the pet owner's convenience.
The staff was very cheerful, which put me at ease about leaving my dog there.

Cleanliness of the facility and most of the attendants are friendly. I also like the fact that you do a personality/temperament test on each dog before accepting them into your program. This was the MOST important feature for me. I like the flexibility of your hours too.

I like to be able to check on my dog, and see how he interacts with the other dogs while I am gone. I also like to see that the employees are tending to the dogs needs.. Ie: cleaning floors, and interacting with them.

24 hr. convenience! It addresses all my pet needs & our Golden boy seems to have no qualms about being left there whether its for daycare or an extended stay.

Many things! Your 24 hour services is wonderful. We knew are dog was watched at all times. The web cam is a great idea even though I didn't use it this time. (Unsure how she would be enclosed for the first time) Our dog needed medication and you called us enroute to picking her up because we did not leave meds for the evening. Your staff was right on top of her medical needs. All the staff members we were in contact with were so pleasant we knew are dog was in good hands. Thanks again for a great experience. We will be back again if we need to board our dog.
