What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I love that you have cots instead of the beds on the floor. The attention the pets receive is second to none. The way the rooms are set up and open feels more like a home setting for the animals as opposed to stalls, crates or runs. I love the options for play group, one on one and pool time. The text up dates and photo's impressed me and my family and friends. Kathy Root is the best. I saw her on Sunday and Dexter couldn't get enough love from her. That shows that he felt her sincerity. She's the dog whisperer. She also taught me a couple of things that helped me with my puppy training. Everyone was very nice that I met during drop off and pick up. Dexter can't wait to vacation at Towles again in a few weeks.

I feel confident that they will be treated great. I love the report cards. That tells me that you really did pay attention to my pet. Can't say enough good things about the staff and the facility. Also great knowing the someone is on the premises 24/7.

All the staff treat my dog like their own with lots of special affection. As soon as my dog arrives he runs straight for the door that takes him to his suite! What better sign that he loves it there!

So far, we've just boarded our 2 dogs and have been extremely happy with the quality of care the team has given them. We especially like the fact that someone is there 24/7. Next we will have them groomed there and we're sure they'll look great!

we have a senior dog that is blind in one eye and has severe separation anxiety we were visiting in the area and found this amazing pet boarding facility. our precious little girl stayed with them for 2 days and they gave her extra attention and treated her so well that when we picked her up I have never seen her more calm and we have boarded her several times in the past and have always encountered a very anxious and stressed out pet when we picked her up. this is a very caring and amazing facility and if we're ever in the area again we will board Susie there with no questions! thank you to the wonderful loving caring staff at towles club k9!

My dog loves to go to Lakeshore, as soon as we pull in the parking lot she can't wait to get in. That tells me she is well taken care of. I can drop her off and no worries.
