The webcam is the bomb. Just returned from a trip to Jamaica and while we are on WiFi in our room, we could check on the pups!

Also love it that the dogs are nicely bathed before they come home.

Friendly staff that go out if their way to attend to the dogs. No requests are ever too much fir them. They are always willing to go the extra mile!
The facility is always extremely clean.
My dog starts to whine the minute we turn the corner and she knows we are going to doggy day care. She drags me in! Once we're in there, I don't exist. She goes right to the staff.
She is now a year old and has been coming here since she was 10 weeks. We also board her here when we travel.
I can always be assured that she is in good hands.

I love the transparency of the operation, from the cameras to the staff telling you exactly what to expect in every conceivable circumstance. Also their willingness to be affectionate with the pets, not just guardians.

Our dogs seem happy when we collect them. Tired but happy. The facility is very clean, doesn't smell like a kennel. Staff are attentive and caring. Our dogs did get sick last time but I would still take them back to the kennel. I don't blame anybody for my dogs being sick. I would still rather them be there than any where else. I also like the web cam. Only downside is the price. Perhaps you could have a loyalty system so maybe after the dogs have stayed so many nights they could get one night for free!

Close to home, and the people there are very friendly. I saw one gal out playing with a dog in the puppy pool, she was right in the water playing with the dog and the dog seemed to be loving it!!

I really like the webcams so i can see Lady playing! Also, when she is picked up, a report is given to us telling about her visit, new friends she made, how she ate, ect. She always enjoys her stay!

Very caring staff. I leave my 3 pekingese dogs here when I go out of town and you can see my peeking in on the cameras how much all the pets seem to love it there especially the group play and socialization. Staff accomodates special needs/food/meds one of my dogs has.

Webcam and play area. Suggestion. You err t the dogs out at 9:30 a.m. but with working families animals are let out early to use the restroom. Waiting to use the restroom at 9:30 strains them. What do you do the first after you wake up in the morning.

Thank you for the review and feedback R.H. You are absolutely right and I apologize for the confusion - all of our guests are let out in the morning every day at 6am!

9:30 am is the time when we begin our group plays, and that is the second time the dogs go out for the day. Between the hours of 6am and Midnight - all guests are let out within every 4 hours to relieve themselves.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

Our little girl is very, very attached to her Mama and Daddy, to the point that she gets very anxious and sometimes physically ill if we have to leave her even for medical appointments. Needless to say, if we are traveling and can't take her, it is a blessing to know we can bring her to Towles and she receives individual attention. She loves playtime with her peers and always returns home happy and exhausted from all the fun she's had! Whether it was a daycare day or a two week stay we know she's had a fabulous time! The anytime webcam is a comfort too as we can log on and see her at group play and enjoying herself. Debbie, the groomer has done a stellar job with her, and has her looking wonderful. It took a couple visits to grow her out to where she should be, but our little Yorkie is strutting her stuff now! Thank you all 🐾
