We love the personal attention our Charlie receives at the Lakeshore Resort. The ability to feel secure that he is being well taken care of is truly a relief.

That I could view my dog on camera for play time and was informed via text when that was about to happen. Very clean facility and great people. My boy was well taken care of.

My dog was happy to see me when I came back, but was not stressed out by her stay. She ate, which I thought would not happen and the care providers do not have a problem with her having to be kept separate from the other dogs.

Everyone is very nice and the dogs seem to enjoy. Only problem we have had is when we leave a message no one returns the call We have to continue to call back until someone answers phone

I like being able to check on my pet by using your webcam. I am also very happy that there is someone there 24 hours a day in case my pet needs something. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
