It's super friendly and the classes are amazing. I like how clean and fresh the yoga room is and the materials which the studio is made from .. feels real or something, clean. I think the instructors are great and there is variety in classes even though I go during the same time slot during the week.

Trainers of the ESA classes take the time to explain exercises to all class participants. They pay attention to using proper technique. They're super friendly, but also motivating and willing to push you to your personal limit.
Lot's of variety and flexibility with the punch cards. Wish you would offer a core class on weekday evenings. Love the instructors!
