Dynamic takes a very professional approach to the classes and the trainer support they offer in both the studio and the gym. I rely a lot on the knowledge of the instructors/staff to help me conduct the exercises safely and effectively. If I ever have a question about technique, the staff are there to teach me by showing - they are very approachable, patient, knowledgeable and professional. The staff members are very fitness and active-lifestyle oriented themselves. They encourage and help everyone determine how to set their own goals and how to reach those goals.
The facility is very clean, well maintained and very well equipped. It has everything I need (and more). The lighting and air quality is good in all areas of the facility (from stairwell, lobby, change rooms, shower areas to the studio and gym) which is important to me.
I like the fact that there is a complete range of clientele as well - from pre-teens to seniors and professionals alike. We are all there to achieve the same goals at our own personal level. It is an inspiring place to spend time.

The staff was kind and polite, the changing room was clean and the work out area was nice. The class I took (Hot Athletica with Katie) was really a lot of fun and a good work out.

I (really) like the instructors: they are knowledgeable and personable and make you feel like you are an important part of the community. I like the studio space (the infra-red heat is wonderful). I also like the location - and the fact that there is parking. The price is also right, and the variety of classes is great.
