Great customer service and attention to detail

I like the appointment process, I don't have to wait generally over 5 to 10 minutes. The stylists are normally very personable. Turnover is a problem if you have a stylist you really like because they won't be there very long. The MVP is the best part of my visit.

St Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. Reminds me of my Irish friend, Mr McMillen. Poor guy fell into a vat of Guinness and drowned. When I broke the news to Mrs McMillen, she started crying and asked if he at least went quickly? No, I said. He climbed out three times to pee.

Leighann did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and making me feel as if I was her top priority. Every time I come and get a cut she asks me what I would like today and she never fails at making my hair look amazing! I get so many compliments on my hair styles and asked where I get it done so I tell them Leighann at sport clips.

I love the on line wait list. I always sign up for Kristen and she always does a great job. Also helps me with my "hair and scalp" health!

I've had a military haircut most of my adult life. Since retiring, I let it grow out quite a bit, to the point that I just couldn't stand all that hair. When I finally decided to get a haircut again, there was a lot going on up there! Rosalie did a fantastic job working with me to get it done just right! I really appreciated her patience in taking the time to get me the haircut I really wanted. I'll definitely ask for her in the future!
