Receptionist & stylist was were very welcoming and very friendly. The shop was clean, attractive, decorated well (I liked the big-screen tvs!)and in a great location in Biltmore Park. I will recommend and I plan to return!

Very clean. Televisions on sports events. Friendly service. Able to walk-in and get haircuts late in the day on Saturdays and after work on weekdays. Shampoos and massage available, at a low price.

This was my first time going and I recieved the MVP treatment for free. It was amazing. The lady that was cutting my hair was great. Even after I showed up 10mins before closing she was still willing to give me the best and cut my hair correctly.

I like the shampoo & conditioner chairs. The Paul Mitchell products are really nice & smell good. My stylist was super-nice!
