The Manager Kelly was the best. She was by her self the day I came in to pick up my tux. She was helping a wedding party of 8 and at the same time maybe six or 7 other people, plus myself, answering the phone and taking care of all of the paper work. She was multitasking
like no person I know. She was very cool and got the job done. I had to wait but did not mind because watching her work was incredible. She took care of me when it was my time and did not miss a beat. If I was in the Tux business I would try to steal her away.

From the moment we arrived to the time it was for us to leave after returning the tuxedo I rented, the staff was nothing but courteous, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on their products and service. I had visited the shopping center where the store is at in the past and always saw the Friar Tux of Northridge shop; always knew that if I ever needed to rent a suit or tuxedo I knew where to go. However, I had no idea the incredible experience I was going to have. As I said the staff was very polite and accommodating; they helped me pick the right Tux for me and at a very reasonable price. My date was extremely happy with the Tux I used during Prom and needless to say with the accuracy of the staff in being able to match my date’s dress color… I have to attend a wedding in November; without a doubt I definitely will be renting from this shop again!!!
