I felt that the service was good and the options were decently numerous. All the employees smiled and worked well to try and accommodate everyone. The only downside is the size. During prom season the small building was packed completely and it took a while to get a hold of a representative even if you were there for a pick up. I say once they improve their system of serving guests, the store deserves a 10.
Friar got me a tux for my wedding last minute. Literally the Thursday evening before my Saturday wedding. Were super helpful and kind. I even went back the next day and rented my 2 groomsmen the same tux and got them in time for our wedding. They were a life saver when 2 other companies let us down. I have already told many people of the story and how great their customer service was and how nice we looked in our tuxes. Thank you so much!!

Everyone working at the Friit Tux were really friendly and fun to be around. They helped a lot to find a good look and a comfortable fit. The girls working their were also very hard working and pretty which made everything better.

Everything about our experience with Friar Tux was excellent. Great assistance with determining which tuxedo to choose and with the fitting appointment. Return was very simple and even when my son left his wallet in the pocket after we had returned his tuxedo Friar Tux employee Sean was very helpful in ensuring it was returned to us. Phenomenal world-class service! I needed four tux in two hours on a Saturday afternon. Got all four of them! Absolutely thrilled by speed of service, communications between retail office in Orange and main warehouse in Anaheim. The staff was absolutely friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. A wonderful experience with Friar.
Fast, reliable, and got my order right the first time! They also threw in an extra vest for free in case if I didn't like the other one. Overall great service!
