I felt welcomed by the whole crew of workers at the moment I entered the shop. Immediately, I was asked questions like "what school do you go to" and "are you excited for prom". These types of questions got me out of my shy shell and allowed me to be myself around them

The tux I received here surpassed my initial expectations. The staff really did a great job helping me find what I needed for Prom. I got so many complements on how I was dressed. When I need another suit, I definitely will come here.

I didnt have time to pick up my suit and try it on, I sent my mom to pick up the suit. I didnt put the suit on till the day of the event, I was nervous thinking what if it doesnt fit. Well it fit like a glove. Thank u friar tux

First of all this 10+ rating is all due to the people at this specific location. Although I was fully satisfied w/ the product, all Friar tux pretty much carry the same collection of tux/suits but not all have the incredible staff that this location has specifically Laretta who went above and beyond to ensure that at least this part of my wedding experience would not be flawed. Wish she could have handled all aspects of my wedding!!! Anyone that's been married or going thru the planning stages knows how stressful it can be, and Laretta and her staff not only made it their personal mission to alleviate that stress but was very sympathetic to my needs. This service is usually more common w/ an independent neighborhood store and less common w/ a bigger chain store. However this was not the case w/ this location. Nevertheless I had many highlights and lowlights from my overall wedding experience and coming to this Friar location was definitely a bright spot and will be remembered along w/ the other cherished memories from my wedding. Thank you Laretta for everything you did that was beyond the call of duty!
Friendly. Only problem I had was the shoes were very tight. I've been wearing size 11 shoes for 20 years, and the shoes that came with my tux were NOT size 11. My feet were very cramped. When I picked up my tux, it was that they were new, but they never "stretched" at all. The girl upon return kept insisting that they are a size 11, but they are NOT a size 11 according to my feet and all other shoes I have worn for 20 years.
