We have never rented a tux before, didn't know where to begin or what to do or where to go (our other option was MW). FT made us an easy appointment, we checked in with the QR code in store. There was a bit of a wait but exciting to see what other people were choosing and watching them get fitted. From the moment we met our first staff assistant to returning the tux after use, FT has been nothing but professional and surprisingly friendly and courteous. My son said the fitting staff was so nice and helpful. The lady checking us out at the register explained everything so extremely thorough. I overheard other staff explaining all the options and policies to other guests and the spiel was impeccable, impressively on point. When we went to pick up the tux, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had no questions at all because everything was explained so thoroughly. After the event we were sure to out everything back exactly how we found it in the bags. And the return was as easy and smooth as the checkout. The whole process and staff at FT Arcadia was most impressive!! Highly recommended!
