Very personable and easy. It was nice to not feel tied down to a size decision after measurements. I was ordered two different sizes for my jacket to make sure I had the right fit, and ultimately used the recommended size. As a man who likes options, this was nice. Plus, I missed the deadline to return my rental without a penalty. I arrived promtly the next day expecting to plea with the fitting expert, and didn't even have to say a peep as my return was simple. It was super easy and awesome.

I was really happy with the service we received this time compared to a few years ago. Marissa was extremly helpful and attentive to us. She was able to multi tsk with out ever making us feel like we were passed off or feeling like we were on our own. She was very patient with us as we were trying to decide on a color and I even told her of our awful experience last time and we almost didnt come back I am sure glad we did because of the service she gave to us.
