The pocket-squares are too small. There wasn't enough material to hold it in place once folded. I had to re-position mine every few minutes during the wedding ceremony and during the photo shoot.
Bad quality control; my shoes had one of the heels falling off when I picked up the rental. Good thing I caught it in time, but it did take an extra trip on my part to pick up the replacement.
Return time is too short. I had to race back to Friar Tux to return before deadline.

Friendly and on time
