I ordered a tux for formal..the Pants were too short.... WAY too short-- my mom had questioned the guy measuring them at the orginal fitting, and he assured her that they would be long enough;...They WERE NOT even close to long enough...BUT when my mom called the shop just hours before formal started, one of your employees was willing to find new pants for me and to deliver them to the park so i could have them in time for pictures and thankfully my ankles were covered for formal!!!... that was amazing and we appreciate your amazing serivce in this case especially!!
