I liked the fact that I was informed of any changes that were made by the Groom and Bride of the party as soon as I walked in to pick up the rentals. Due to the fact that there was a shoe change, I really appreciated the customer service of finding a shoe size that actually fit my son. I loved that I was able to pick up at a location that was more convenient for me. Overall, everything was quick and easy and the customer service was great. Thank you!!

i was able to get the preferred style with the right size and even the color i was looking for. Great customer service and all around fantastic. Highly recommend this place. note this was my first time renting a tux and i am fairly picky with clothes. they were able to recommend great pieces of clothing and explain how a tuxedo is put together. :D
