I liked the professionalism of the staff (especially Claire) and the quality of tuxedos/suits that were being offered. The east of getting measured and the pricing were all competitive. This all contributed to why I would recommend the Arcadia store to friends or family.

Prices are reasonable
I have a black tie work event every June - its a big deal Hollywood thing - and I've been renting from The Men's Wearhouse the past few years (a tux I owned was wrecked by moths). And this year renting from Friar Tux I received more compliments and the tux fit better, was more comfortable and was less expensive than what I've paid for the past few years. Also, the tux was of a more contemporary style than I was able to get previously and the fabrics were more breathable.
The fitting was pleasant. Easy in and easy out.
