Had a wonderful experience! Had to get my son a tuxedo with just a few days left before the wedding and had no problem. Eileen assisted us and was so helpful and amazing! She had great knowledge and gave us awesome service. Even though it was closing time on a Saturday and was very busy it didn't stop her from taking her time with us on getting us exactly what we needed!

The service was great! My tux looked good but I am rating this due to the service I received. Karla helped me with my pick up and made sure I looked good. She explains on how the tux should look and recommended my cuff to show to show some cuff-links which I never even thought of. She is very professional and top notch with customer service. Her expertise exceeded my expectations I will commend her from now on to all my fellow friends. Thank you Karla for not only being professional, but for being patient with me and for taking the time to explain to me and my roommate on how the fits and measurements work. I learned something new about measurements now!
