The fact that it can be ordered and ready in a day of the order being placed and if anything is incorrect with the order they will have it either in the night delivery or by the next morning for you to be able to pick it up. There are also lots of different options to choose from. I also liked the fact that the ladies took time to measure my son properly to make sure that his suit fit well, even ordering him 2 different vest sizes to make sure he got the fit he wanted with the dress shirt on at the time of pick up. They took their time with him and I appreciated it.

One thing to improve on is organization of costumers. While returning my suit and going to fit for a suit, I stood behind numerous people not knowing where the line began. However, the service was great and the environment was upbeat during such a busy time.
