Kiddie Academy has been nothing but amazing! Their communication is wonderful and the patience of their teachers is through the roof. I love all of the engaging activities they have planned each day. Book reading and hands-on activities happen every day. Everyone is attentive and helpful. They greet us with a smile and always assure us everything will be okay.
The staff is great, patient, kind and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. It unfortunate that we have not had the opportunity to interact in person due to COVID but that also makes me feel comfortable in sending my son there because I know that they are using all safety precautions as we get through this pandemic while still educating my son and providing him critical social skills he needs at his age.
We love that our daughter is clearly well cared for, and that her emotional and developmental needs are cared for as well.

What amazes me most is that everyone knows the children by name, along with all the parents. The environment is clean, safe and so friendly. You know you’re leaving your children in the best hands. The directors are always aware of what’s going on with each child; their attention to all the kids is amazing. Communication between parents, teachers and directors is great. Emails are answered within hours, all concerns are dealt with, nothing is ever ignored (unlike other daycares). The teachers are all so kind and knowledgeable. If it weren’t for Ms. Rosanne, I wouldn’t have gotten Max the help he desperately needed because I was in denial. The teachers love their jobs and it shows. Kids always go in and come home happy, that says enough. You don’t need a verbal child to know that they’re in the right place. A parent always knows!! You’re all simply the best and I’m so lucky my kids are in your capable hands.

Our son was previously in a different day care and when Covid hit last Spring the day care shut down permanently. We had been very happy there and one of our older children had also attended.
While we were sad the previous daycare had closed, we could not be happier that we found Kiddie Academy in Floral Park. My 3.5 year old comes out of school every day with stories of the fun things he did and learned. The daily reports are detailed and allow us to have insight into his days and the lessons he is learning. The teachers and staff have been incredible- particularly during such a challenging year!

Miss Shannon and Miss Shayela were like family. They took care of my son like my own. The meals served in the academy is so nutritious. The curriculum is excellent.
Individual care and attention; I asked about this at another nearby daycare and a lady rolled her eyes at me. Some places cannot be bothered. Kiddie Academy Floral Park shines through in this area.

My older one has been in 4 different classes, and all teachers are responsible and considerate. They take special care to him when he just came into school, and gave lots of feedback.
My younger one in toddler 1 doesn't have same experience. The 1st day we didn't receive any picture until we requested in the afternoon. Her teacher didn't cover her blanket when she took nap so when she came back home, her whole body was cold and shaky. Wish her teacher can take more care about details.

Everything. They've been amazing with my daughter. They work with every child and help them excel which I'm surprised they have that much time in a day to let the kids have fun while teaching them everything they have in the eight hours she's there. I'm still amazed everyday I pick her up and she tells me what she did or learned. I love this daycare lol plus the staff is very friendly and bubbly which I love that energy! At least at this daycare I know my daughter is well taken care of
