I like being able to check in, online ahead of going into SportClip, so I can time my arrival, so that I have less waiting. I come in the door, someone welcomes, me and ask if I have already checked in, which enables me to say yes! I feel that I am important, to them. I have a favorite groomer, which I feel takes very good care of me, as she knows how I like my hair cut. We communicate very well together. I am in and out without any wasted time. I have been going to SportClip, for eight years, every since I moved into the area.

Yana was awesome, I usually am not the biggest fan of sports clips but she knocked it out of the park. She was conversational, quick, did a great job on the cut, and had a lot of product knowledge. I usually go whenever is closets to get a cut but I'll definitely be coming back go see Yana!
