Susan was super friendly, listened to my reason for being there (trim for a new job) and addressed my needs accordingly. She also offered me an addition conditioner wash while getting the MVP, recommended products and even wished me good luck with the new job while checking out. I not only got a fantastic but I had an amazing experience. Highly Recommended!
