Like any service it all depends on who cuts your hair. Some people are excellent customer service people and are confident when they cut your hair and recommend a product. Some people just suck and should not be in the business of cutting hair. I have gotten my hair cut by stephanie twice and will not go to anyone else there. Once someone else cut my hair there and it really sucked. After that less than perfect cut and i am being nice here. I will not go to anybody else besides Stephanie. Once you get somebody you like i have learned you stick with them.

I feel like the stylists there are more experienced in cutting men's hair. They always seem to know how to fix a problem. As opposed to a fantastic dams or similar place.
