I love you MVP treatment, but that does not mean there is room for improvement:
1) I know it is tough, but I wish there was less turnover - just when you find a great person, they are gone...why is that? Do you not pay enough? Are the employees not treated fairly?
2) You are cutting men's hair, and the times that I am in there, I have ALWAYS since other older guys (I'm 59), and the worst part of growing old and grooming - HAIR IN OUR EARS - you need to offer ear waxing as an option...it is wonderful!
3) Girls need trained in consistency - some massage nice and others you can hardly feel it.
But it is the best place for guys to get their haircuts and I will certainly recommend them.
I like having a cutter that is quick, pays attention to detail, can carry on a reasonable / entertaining conversation, and executes a precision haircut.

The hairdresser we see is fantastic with my son, who is not fond of getting his hair cut yet. He's only 1 1/2. Chelsea is fast and good and always pleasant to him despite his crying. We appreciate the extra effort she puts forth with him.

Good quality hair cut and a fair price. The stylists always do a great job, one actually fixed my son's hair cut for free after my wife took him to another place to get his hair cut. Ever since then, we have decided that it is worth the few extra bucks to get a good hair cut at sports clips than to save a few bucks at the other place.
Shampoos are great and refreshing, BUT a little pricey
The attendants are ALL very friendly and do nice work, I have never been dissatisfied with my haircut or beard trim.
