I like the buffet and the food you choose to put on it. It is kid friendly as well as adult friendly. My grandkids love to eat there and play all the games. I have grandkids from ages 3 to 9 and they all find things they love to do there. Whenever we have a problem with a game, the employees are always very courteous and helpful. We really enjoy taking them to Gattitown.
It was awesome!! The food was so fresh,hot and plentiful!! The soda machine was new to me...but so EASY and fun to use!! The salad bar was nicely stocked and clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful! It's a place I would recommend to everyone I know and we will be going back soon! Who ever runs this location, I would say they're doing a great job all the way around! Thank you!

I try to buy much local product as possible. Mr. Gatti's has always been my go to.
Gatti's Pizza has always been delicious and this store provides the same delicious pizza that I am used to. The cashier at this store was very helpful. I ordered a pizza online to pick up in store and when I got there he gave me a coupon that lowered my bill because for some reason the coupon did not pick up web orders. So, he saved me money and made my night. An excellent overall experience!

My family loves Gattis and have been customers for as long as I can remember. The only suggestion I would make is that the employees be advised to actually greet the customers when they come in the door and up to the counter - instead of finishing their conversations amongst each other then acknowledging the customer. Also it doesn't hurt to know when to say please and thank you!

I ordered on line and clicked the wrong setting, delivery instead of pickup. When I called the person who answered the phone did not make me feel like an idiot, but changed to pickup for me. He told me it would be 10-15 minutes and as advertised it was ready when I walked in.
