Very thorough and most professional.
Cleaners do an excellent job - the house is spotless when they're done.
However - no flexibility, they do what's the on list, nothing more. And sometimes (current have been better) they don't move the throw carpets so there's a mountain of dust underneath. Similarly, some do and some don't remove everything from kitchen and bathroom counters before cleaning, so sometimes there's still a pile of dirt/crumbs under easy-to-move appliances (coffee pots, etc).
The ladies are friendly and very thorough with cleaning.
The girls are always prompt and jump right in and get the job done. Just love coming home to a clean house.

The two ladies were very friendly. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted and even took time to write things down. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction, which isn’t always easy to do!
