I am so impressed with the ladies that came to my home on a holiday weekend Saturday. Due to health issues for the past 6 years I have not had a good cleaning of the house because it caused me so much pain to do the simplest things.

They came in and didn't judge me. Which I appreciated because I was so embarrassed at some of the areas that had dust bunnies and layers of dust. They were wonderful.

My bathroom looks like brand new. My kitchen blinds are white again. My fridge. Wow I don't want to put anything back on the outside or inside. It looks like it just came from the store. They didn't waste time. They did exactly what I asked them to do.

I had the weekend to myself and I just sat there and at times wanted to cry because I felt like I had my home back. I am going to schedule once a month to come in and do a good cleaning. Especially before the holidays.

The girls are thorough, sweet and cheerful. I had them do a final cleaning the day before I turned my home over to the new owner, and they did a great job. Their presence removed a lot of stress from the final move.

I purchased the house cleaning for my mom. It was a job well done. I saw a huge improvement when I visited after the cleaning. The issue that I had was that I did not receive a a follow-up phone call after the service was completed. I was a first time customer, so an initial follow-up phone call would have been nice. I also did not receive an email with details about how much I would be billed. The only record I have is the charge on my credit card. Customer service could definitely be improved in these areas.

Every time I have requested Molly Maids to come to my home...they have done a thorough cleaning...Every room dusted and floors washed or vacuumed. Bathroom cleaned and sinks and tubs scrubbed. The same with the kitchen....floors, microwaves....every thing done right.
Plus the Maids are polite...making sure you are satisfied. I don't want to call them maids...I want to think of them as friends !!
