It was thorough, and the inspector explained everything very well.
Missed the sump pump drain going to sewer until I asked where the line went, then inspector suggested it be ran outside and I sent email right back and told him I needed him to reword it.I believe that it is a code violation in lincoln to run it into the sewer, no response and then he missed putting the electrical double taps in electrical box in the Summary page to be ccorrected. Appreciated having the ability to pair general home inspection with termite inspection. Would have used mold inspection services but thought it was a little more pricey compared to some of the competition. Thanks for everything!
