I have used your service twice in the past month. The 1st home inspection showed numerous serious problems with the home I was considering buying (including moisture problems in the basement) and caused me to have the air in the home tested. Turns out to be toxic black mold & caused me to withdraw my interest in the house. The 2nd inspection on a different house, done by the same person was much better & based on that, an offer to purchase was accepted & we move into the house on Saturday. Thank you

All of my buyers have been very pleased with the services from your company. In fact I actually request Daniel to do my inspections because he is thorough and knowledgeable and he is very good in dealing with my clients and explaining his report to them. Wouldn`t use any other company
on time, knowledgeable, efficient. I called on day of inspection as the weather was turning nasty(snow), and the woman on the other end of customer service was rude and said they could NOT move the time up earlier....no exceptions! I told the man who inspected the home that day this story and he said he wished we could have moved it up sooner also. In fact he had a couple of hours to kill before our appt. Wish things were done locally, instead of nationally!!

Andrew was very professional and very knowledgeable about the questions I had in relation to a house that was so old and had a lot of outdated parts that needed updating.
Scott is always very informative and is able to adapt to our ever changing client needs in terms of explanation when many of the buyers today are unfamiliar with our country.

The inspector really seemed to care about our interests. He took the time to explain his findings and what we could do about them.
Very knowledgable and educated the buyer versus scaring them during the process. To many times the inspector can scare the buyer and kill the overall deal.
Niether buyer or I liked this inspector - but would recommend the company and Charles.
This inspector(Ray) took 5 hours and did not explain things well or communicate with the buyer well.

Our inspector, Ed Mullin, was very friendly and explained everything in detail so that we understood the results of the report. He was also very responsive when we needed to follow up with him for clarification on an issue - we appreciated the timeliness of his response as we were working on a deadline with the sellers.

Both Inspectors were kind and explained everything as it was happening. Gave some really good tips on how to keep my house even warmer through the winter months. Also, the receptionist was very kind and accomodating with my schedule.
Chris is on time for the appointment. He took a first time Buyer through the house showing the maintenance required and showed her items requiring some further investigation. The internet report was a big hit with the further explanations. We'll done! Thanks!
