Very thorough, easy to read and understand.
Inspector was warm, and welcoming.. did a good job communicating with us, and did a GREAT job really digging in.
Very friendly and professional. Only reason I didn't rate a 10 is I didn't get my report from the inspector and I had to get ahold of him to inquire about it. After he looked he admitted he typed in the email address wrong. While on the phone with me he sent it again and I received it. He was still very polite and apologetic.
The inspection was accompanied with pictures of the problem areas and suggested repairs which helped us to understand what needed to be done.
It would have been even more helpful if we knew what the letters meant on the gird specifying the urgency of the repair. One I vaguely figured out from the detailed explanations was that RRR meant something was seriously in need of attention. Still don't know what that meant. And if there was a price range of estimates to take care of the problem that would have helped also.
Over all we were satisfied with the inspectors report and grateful when he responded to our phone call when we needed his opinion about the extent of wood damage at various areas on the house.

The inspection was very thorough. The pictures were an important part of the inspection to allow us to see what the inspector saw.
What I liked about our inspection was John. You can't train people to be that good with customers! He was personable and knowledgeable. I felt like I could trust him and he was thorough.because of John, I would recommend Amerispec.
Fast and we got the thorough report online on the next business day(well it was done fri and report was readily available monday,house inspector Carren Cook is very accomodating with our questions/concerns.
