My experience is based solely on inspector Stuart Vick in Wilmington, NC. He was very thorough and communicated well. This was the second time we used his services. The first inspection caused us to back out of a potential purchase, which saved us a lot of trouble. The second inspection was just as thorough and provided us with the kind of feedback we needed to make an informed decision.

The inspection was scheduled quickly. The report was very detailed and thorough and really helped me ensure that the property I want to purchase is sturdy and free of or alerted me to any issues that needed to be addressed. The office staff was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain the different type of inspections available, particularly the mold inspection. Being a MA native moving to FL, I'd never heard of a mold inspection and the inspection itself as well as its purpose was clearly explained. I never felt rushed or forced to feel it necessary to choose all inspections available, the staff member talked me through each of the inspections and helped me make an informed choice.
